2. Bookings, enquiries and gift vouchers

We use the information you provide, including your name, email, contact details, booking details, message and any payment evidence you choose to send, to answer your enquiry, arrange your activity, process an order and follow it up. These activities are based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and on performing the contract. Information needed for invoicing and legal obligations is kept for the applicable statutory periods. We do not ask for card numbers on this website.

3. Job applications

Our application form collects your name, email, motivation and optional information you choose to add, such as your phone number, languages, availability and the type of role you are seeking. We use this information only to review your application and contact you about it, based on pre-contractual steps at your request. Please do not send sensitive information or identity documents through the form.

New applications stored in WordPress are configured to expire after 90 days. Email copies are handled by the recruitment team and must be deleted when no longer needed. Keeping your details for future opportunities requires a separate agreement. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing.

4. How long we keep information

New contact enquiries stored in WordPress are configured to expire after 90 days. Gift voucher requests are kept to process the order and meet applicable obligations. Booking data is used to organise and follow up your visit; information that is no longer needed should be deleted, subject to legal obligations or the establishment or defence of rights. Cookie choices are remembered for six months.

5. Cookies and external content

Strictly necessary cookies support the website, security, forms and your preferences. Optional services depend on your choice in Complianz. Google Maps stays disabled until you allow that service. Statistics, where enabled, load only with your consent. You can reject optional services and change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. 6. Recipients and technical providers

Information is accessible to authorised Escape Room Mons staff and providers needed for hosting, maintenance and email delivery. Forms are processed on the website server and notifications go to our team. Social media links do not load embedded social feeds. Reviews may be cached by our reviews tool; following an external link takes you to the relevant service.

If you allow Google Maps or another third-party service, that service may receive your IP address and browser information. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Information about these services and their transfer safeguards is available in our cookie policy and the providers’ own policies.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. 8. Security and updates

Access to administration and personal data is limited according to staff roles. We use HTTPS and website security measures. No system is entirely risk-free. We update this policy when our processing changes; the current version is available on this page.
